Terms of Service & Studio Purchase Agreement

1. Intended Purpose & Permitted Use

All products manufactured and sold by Prop Money Euro B.V. are designed exclusively for legitimate motion picture, television, commercial advertising, photography, theatrical, educational, and training purposes.

Purchasers explicitly agree that these props must never be used or attempted to be used as legal tender, nor presented in any transaction with the intent to deceive. Any misuse is strictly prohibited under European and national penal codes.

2. Ordering, Pricing & B2B Tax Invoicing

Prices are displayed in Euros (€). For European business customers with a verified intra-community VAT registration, 0% reverse-charge invoices are issued automatically in accordance with EU Directive 2006/112/EC.

3. Shipping & Delivery

All products are dispatched from Amsterdam, Netherlands. Standard courier transit takes 2–4 business days within the EU; express soundstage delivery takes 24–48 hours via DHL Express.

4. Limitation of Liability

Prop Money Euro B.V. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from production delays, rescheduled call sheets, or unauthorized third-party misuse of props.
