European Refund & Studio Return Policy
Compliant with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU
1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Under European consumer law, European customers have the right to cancel and return standard catalog orders within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. Returned banknotes must be in their original unopened condition, with factory currency paper straps intact.
2. Custom & Script-Specific Studio Orders
Custom-manufactured currency orders (such as custom screenplay serial runs, distressed custom batches, or bespoke printed portraits) are exempt from statutory withdrawal rights once production has commenced, pursuant to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
3. Transit Damage & Replacements
In the rare event that courier transit damages paper stacks or flight cases, contact our Amsterdam studio desk within 48 hours of delivery at production@propmoney.eu with photographic evidence. We provide emergency same-day replacement courier dispatch to your soundstage.
